This is a 10 minute upper and lower body stretch to help increase flexibility but more of all release tension in a gentle subtle way. Do this yoga stretch anytime of the day however it is a great addition to a bedtime routine or when you feel stressed early morning. Creating space within the upper body and chest will help decrease symptoms of anxiety and create more space for a deeper more fluid breath. The lower body also holds alot of trapped emotion, working on the hips and low back allow you to release any mental and physical stress that may be holding you back.
