If you have tight, stiff, and sore shoulders, neck, and upper back; this 10-minute yoga practice will relieve tightness and soothe those aches and pains! This is also a great way to reduce stress and stretch the upper body. You don’t need any props and you can even do this routine sitting at your desk or from the couch!
