I’ve got another 10 minute morning yoga class for you this week πŸ™‚ No props needed, this simple flow will help you release tension from your entire body and energize you for the day ahead.

Stretch out stiff, tired and achy muscles with this 10 minute morning yoga full body stretch for beginners.This sequence will relieve aches, pains and stiffness that are so common in the morning. This is a beginner friendly class that I hope you will enjoy!

If you have flexibility goals, this is a great class to do on a regular basis to improve hip and hamstring mobility as well as deeper backbends and shoulder flexibility.
