Hey everyone, welcome back to my channel! This morning I’m offering you a beginner friendly 10 minute morning yoga class to stretch your body and set the tone for the day ahead. If you have sore muscles when you wake up, this full body yoga class should be really helpful.

No props are required and this is great for all experience levels. This is a slow stretch yoga class to help you connect to your breath, set your intention for the day ahead and feel good in your body. Enjoy!
