In this 1 hour yoga workout for strength & flexibility building we target the whole body. This vinyasa yoga flow offers headstand, side splits preparation, crow & tittibasana arm balances. All poses are broken down so that students of all levels could try this class. If something is not accessible to you yet, just modify & keep trying the class until you master it.
